Jane Cluff
Founder · Felicity Jane Digital
Felicity Jane Digital was established on the Sunshine Coast in 2014. Over twelve years and more than a hundred client engagements across industries, the practice has operated on one principle: diagnosis before strategy.
Jane Cluff is the founder. Her background spans psychology, urban and regional planning, local government management, and fifteen years in digital marketing. Jane holds a Master of Applied Digital Marketing from Charles Sturt University, is a Professional Member and Certified Practising Marketer through the Australian Marketing Institute (PAMI CPM), and holds Google Partner accreditation. In 2021, 2023 and 2025 she served as a judge for the AMI Marketing Excellence Awards.
In 2025 the practice repositioned to serve South East Queensland law firms exclusively.
Outside work, Jane crews offshore sailing voyages. Six Pacific crossings to date.
Who is this for.
Felicity Jane Digital works with Queensland law firms that are already investing in their online presence — paying for a website, running Google Ads, or working with an agency — but not seeing it in their rankings, calls, or caseload.
The typical client is a firm principal who is analytically trained, reads carefully, and has been burned by a generalist agency that promised results and delivered reports. They are not looking for another agency relationship. They are looking for someone who can tell them exactly what is wrong and fix it.
If that describes your situation, this is the right conversation to have.
Diagnosis before strategy
No recommendations are made until the cause of underperformance is identified. Strategy without diagnosis is guesswork with a professional finish.
Legal-specific only
Felicity Jane Digital works exclusively with Queensland law firms. Not law firms alongside hospitality clients and e-commerce stores. The constraints, compliance requirements, and search behaviour specific to legal are the only context this practice operates in.
QLS-compliant by default
All work is produced within Queensland Law Society advertising guidelines. No claims that breach professional conduct rules. No pressure to publish content that creates compliance risk.
The same person
The person who assesses your firm’s position is the person who does the work and the person you speak to throughout. Where specialist input is needed — technical development, design, legal industry research — Jane draws on a trusted network rather than passing work to a junior.
